January 2009: Time for a Move

Starting in January, our Foothills Group will hold its monthly program meeting at 823 Reynolda  Road, home of the Blessings Project Foundation. Music fans know 823 Reynolda as the home of the Fiddle & Bow Society, and sweet-eaters are familiar with its good neighbor, Café Gelato.

After many happy years of meeting at Parkway United Church of Christ, Executive Committee members carefully considered this move and decided it was time to make a change. Our new facility is more centrally located, has space designed both for meetings and social activities, comes equipped with an excellent projection system, provides adequate parking space, and promotes sustainable meeting practices. We are grateful to the congregation and staff of Parkway for their support over the years and deeply appreciate  being allowed to share their home.
